Often times, student organizations need to collect funds for things such as dues or event registrations. When looking to collect funds for your student organization, a few avenues exist through established university systems. For questions on collecting funds, please reach out to orgfunding@depaul.edu.
Note: Funds acquired through the below processes are not immediately available. However, Student Involvement can work to approve expenses if you have an immediate need while deposits and fund collection are being finalized.

Fund Collection through DeHUB
Student organizations with an established 900 on-campus account can collect funds through DeHUB for event registration or dues. Event registrations can collect funds by using the "Standard Paid Admission Event" Platform Wide Template. Dues can be collected by utilizing the DeHUB dues system that establishes recurring payments to the organization. You can request that it be set-up using this form (LINK: https://cglink.me/2cC/s2497). Payments are not automatic and members will be prompted to renew when their membership expires. When joining members will be prompted to pay for their membership to the organization and funds are automatically moved to the organizations on-campus account. Note, there are no refunds for payments $10 or less for purchases in DeHUB. If you are unsure if your organization has a 900 on-campus account and if it's connected to your DeHUB portal, email orgfunding@depaul.edu. All payments collected through DeHUB are moved to the on-campus account the first week of the following month for use.
Cash/Check Deposit
If your organization collects cash or checks, Student Involvement can help deposit these into your organization's 900 on-campus account. To begin the process for deposits, simply bring the cash or checks to Student Involvement (LPC Student Center 201). You do not need to know your organization's on-campus account number- Student Involvement can look it up.

Credit Card Payments
While credit card payments can be accepted via DeHUB, there may be some times that your organization may need to have multiple people come and make payments in person via a credit card machine. Student organizations can set up these one-off payment scenarios by working with Student Involvement. To begin this process, email orgfunding@depaul.edu.
Other Payment Apps
At this time, DePaul University is unable to support fund collection through payment apps such as PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.
