Resource Request

Listed below are different items and resources available for request for your student organization or department from the Office of Student Involvement.  Unless otherwise noted, you can request any of the below items at either campuses through their respective form.  Requests must be submitted one week in advance to be processed.

Please note, items are free to borrow for orgs and departments, but there will be a fee implemented for late, damaged, or lost equipment or items.

These are our most frequently reserved items.  All of the items in this category are available at both the Lincoln Park and Loop Campuses.

Yard Games & Inflatables

Yard games are a great way for your event attendees to connect.  Inflatables make for great photo stations or engagement throughout your event.  Yard Games are available at both the Lincoln Park and Loop Campuses, while inflatables are only available at Lincoln Park.

Have a dance or other special occasion?  Party lights can help elevate your experience.  NOTE: Uplights for 120AB should be reserved through the Student Center Reservation Process.

Special Requests

Have you seen something at an OSI event that isn't on the inventory list?  Submit a request via the "Special Requests" tab on the submission form and we will let you know if it is available or if we rented it from an external vendor.
