Listed below are the spaces available on either campus for student organizations to reserve.
EMS - Student Center, the Quad, St. Vincent Circle, Cortelyou Commons
To request a space in the Student Center, the Quad, St. Vincent Circle, or Cortelyou Commons, you must first have an account through the Student Centers EMS website. You must be the event-planning representative for a registered student organization to be eligible for an account. The person(s) and/or organizations making the request will assume full responsibility for any abuse of property and actions of participants. You will need to view a presentation found on the Student Centers Website and submit your name, organization, email, and phone number to studentcenters@depaul.edu. Once you have submitted that information, a web user account will be issued to you within two business days.
25 Live - Academic Classrooms
To request a space in an academic classroom on the Lincoln Park campus student organizations must use 25Live. Please review Classroom & Building Space Guidelines and Conditions prior to creating any reservations on 25Live. No events, meetings or other non-course gatherings will be assigned rooms until two weeks after the start of the quarter for which you are reserving space. The only exceptions to this rule are requests for weeknights after 9 pm and Sundays anytime. DePaul courses are given priority for all rooms.
OSI Meeting Rooms - 201H & 201Q
To reserve one of the OSI Meeting Rooms, add STC201H@depaul.edu or STC201Q@depaul.edu to the invitee list on an Outlook invitation. There will be an automatic approval or denial based on room availability. If you have issues with the reservation, contact involvement@depaul.edu.
You may review the OSI Meeting Rooms Resource Page for information and photos of room capacity and tech equipment.
Unique Space Requests - McGrath-Phillips Arena, Wish Field, a Campus Parking Lot
To make a unique space request, you must complete the Unique Space Usage Request - the form must be submitted at least two months prior to your request for space. Prior to your submission being routed to the appropriate department to check availability, you must receive approval from the Office of Student Involvement.
Considerations for approval for the space will include:
