Please note: DePaul University is no longer accepting for expansion "City Wide" chapters of fraternities and sororities. At this time, DePaul will continue to recognize such chapters that were previously recognized by DePaul subject to the same policies applicable to all recognized fraternities and sororities. However, DePaul expects that these groups will actively work with the University to become chartered as a DePaul-specific Chapter by July 1, 2017. At that time, DePaul reserves the right to no longer recognize even those city-wide chapters that are already recognized.
Any group that identifies itself with Greek letters and whose primary mission is social, not academic, that wishes to become a recognized DePaul University chapter (a “Group”) must first contact DePaul University’s Fraternity and Sorority Life Staff.
