About AFLV

AFLV Central is the largest, most diverse gathering of fraternal stakeholders in the country.

Each year, more than 2,300 participants from more than 150 campuses come together for an experience with programming at all levels of the fraternity/sorority experience.

NBGLC is an integral part of the AFLV Central experience and gives NPHC students a chance to connect with and learn from other NPHC leaders across the country.

The Cultural Greek Experience is specifically geared to provide a forum for multicultural fraternity/sorority members to network and dialogue on topics impacting cultural Greeks.

What's Next?

1. Attend the AFLV Panel

Attend the AFLV Panel on April 22, 2025 to hear from your peers who have attended AFLV in the past and learn what they took away from their experiences.

2. Complete the AFLV Interest Form

Completing the Interest form allows FSL Staff to connect with you to reach out for any more questions or information you need to complete the Funding Process. We can work with you step by step.

3. Apply for Funding

Deadline for early funding is Monday, May 5, 2025.

There will be an opportunity to apply for funding in September as well- but apply early if you have an interest in attending!

4. Attend the Funding  Hearing Presentation

If your funding application is accepted, you will be required to attend the hearing on Friday, May 9, 2025.

5. Meet with FSL Staff to make Purchases

You will set up a meeting with FSL Staff once funding is approved to make purchases on registration, hotel, and transportation.

6. Attend the Pre-Departure Meeting

This is held by FSL staff and past attendees to help walk you through what will be expected of students attending the conference. You will also have the chance to pre-register for educational sessions.
