The process by which potential new members (PNM's) join a fraternity is called Recruitment. Our recruitment takes place in the form of 3-5 days of recruitment events for prospective members to get to know the fraternities, its members, and to learn more about Greek life at DePaul. Recruitment events are typically held in meet and greet style events (or as listed on their instagram) and fraternity's may provide food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Members of Pi Kappa Phi attend a brotherhood retreat in the Wisconsin Dells. Brotherhood retreats are a common way chapter members can bond closer together, forming tighter communities and strengthening friendships.
