<p data-end="324" data-start="119"><strong data-end="324" data-start="119">Use this form to propose an amendment to the Constitution of UACA. Each submission should contain only one article, and there is no limit to the number of submissions.</strong></p>
<p data-end="369" data-start="326"><strong data-end="367" data-start="326">This form may be used exclusively by:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-end="369" data-start="326">the President,</li>
<li data-end="369" data-start="326">the Advisor,</li>
<li data-end="369" data-start="326">members of the Rada,</li>
<li data-end="369" data-start="326">Active Members of UACA (see Article V),</li>
<li data-end="369" data-start="326">Alumni who previously held Active Member status, and</li>
<li data-end="369" data-start="326">Founding Officers.</li>
