About Us

Our mission is to facilitate language learning in a casual environment and promote responsible travel so that one may have more meaningful experiences abroad. Our main activity consists of bi-weekly language exchange meetings. Language is an important constant in human connection, through which we can all impact the lives of others. DePaul's shared values of community service and lifelong learning are achieved much easier and more thoroughly if a common language is spoken. Through the connections we as students make through practicing other languages and exploring cultures different to our own, we can better understand others and use language as a channel to help and connect with those in our own communities.
