ALPFA DePaul is an official student chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals For America, a national nonprofit dedicated to developing the next generation of Latino leaders across all industries. As part of an organization with over 100,000 members, our chapter serves as a launchpad for driven, community-minded students who seek to grow professionally, build lasting networks, and make an impact both on campus and beyond.

We are guided by three core pillars: professionalism, social connection, and philanthropy. These values shape every event we host, from executive speaker panels and company visits to volunteer initiatives and campus-wide collaborations. Whether you're looking to strengthen your career readiness, expand your network, or engage with your community, we provide the tools, support, and environment to help you lead with purpose.

Our diverse membership spans over 300 students from more than 23 academic majors and multiple nationalities. This breadth of perspectives fuels a culture of inclusion, ambition, and excellence. We work closely with industry partners, alumni, and university leaders to ensure that our programming meets the evolving needs of our members while staying rooted in our mission.
