About the Library

As a critical feature of the educational landscape at DePaul, the University Library is committed to sustaining the intellectual, creative, and social passions of all students. We engage with the campus community by offering free programming and events throughout the year, including Brain Fuel week, Blind Date with a Book, and Banned Books Week! You can find out more about us and our past events on the library website or by using our Ask A Librarian chat service.

The Library is a great place to host or advertise your organization’s event. With two locations on the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses, we offer a variety of reservable spaces for events and meetings, boards for posting flyers, loanable technology for checkout, and drop-off locations for donation drives. We are also available to table at resource fairs on campus and host Blind Date with a Book Pop-Ups for events!
