About Us

The Arnold Mitchem Fellows Program serves first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented sophomores planning to attend graduate, medical, or law school. Participation in the program is an academic, writing-intensive, yearlong commitment.

• Access to AMF research classes (2-credits per quarter – fall, winter, spring) • $1,500 AMF Scholarship • Financial assistance for professional conferences, service-learning trips, and study abroad • Mentorship and assistance with applying to local and national internships and research experiences • Peer mentors and career guidance (graduate, medical, or law school preparation)
