End of the Quarter Deadlines:

We have quite a few deadlines coming up as the Quarter ends, here they are:

Chapter DeHub Rosters: chapters must have their DeHub chapter rosters accurately reflect their current active members and any new members for the quarter by June 14th. All currently affiliated members need to be on this list. This is a HARD deadline.  Managing Chapter Rosters Tutorial

Quarterly Report: Chapter Presidents are required to submit the Quarterly Report for Spring Quarter by June 14th. This is a HARD deadline. Quarterly Report Link

Recruitment: If your chapter went through the recruitment process this Quarter, please make sure that you have submitted all FSL Intake / Recruitment forms. These are due by June 14th. This is a HARD deadline.

New Student Organization Audit Process

All student organizations must participate in and complete the Student Organization Registration Audit this Summer 2024. Registration for the upcoming academic year opens on July 1st, 2024. The first 150 student organizations to successfully complete the audit will receive a table at the Fall 2024 Involvement Fair. Please note that until the audit is complete, access to DeHub will not be granted.
