Hi, all! Welcome to Accessible Futures DePaul (AFD)!
My name is Chloe and I am a planning member of AFD. I am so excited to see new members join, and we have not had a synchronous social meeting since fall quarter, so now feels like a great time to organize a social! I'm sending a Google Form to guage people's availability for a social and to figure out if people prefer to meet online or in-person. There will definitely be a virtual component to the meeting, so this part of the form will determine whether or not we book a hybrid space on campus to hold the social.

Since we have recently had a bit of an influx of new members and I have yet to meet many of you, I have made another Google Form asking you all what you want out of your experience with AFD. Please consider introducing yourself and sharing your thoughts through this form, whether you are a brand new or existing member! This form can help us determine our priorities for the rest of the academic year and I really value any input that we receive.

We also have an AFD Discord server that we use on a regular basis to have conversations, send reminders, and bring up plans for the future. It is an informal environment and I highly encourage you to join if you want to connect with other members! If you are new to Discord, just know that I only joined the platform for AFD and it has been pretty easy to navigate so far.
