Last Week with Lou Aquila
We had an amazing talk last week with Lou Aquila about some of Newton's early work. He talked about the various methods for finding inverses and expansions that Newton used to derive the polynomial expansion for sine. In case you missed last week or couldn't get a printout, this email has attached the overview of the talk and Lou's detailed handwritten work. Feel free to take a look and see what really goes into finding an inverse!
