Which leadership or board positions are you interested in pursuing with DHRS?

Treasurer: Oversees organizational financial accounts and budget planning, tracks expenses and allocations, prepares financial reports, manages SAF-B funding applications, and ensures university financial policy compliance.

Events Chair: Plans, organizes, and executes all organization programs and events by managing logistics, timelines, speaker and alumni relationships, and post-event feedback.

Communications Chair: Coordinates internal communication, records meeting minutes, manages administrative scheduling, and maintains official archives and campus office correspondence as the organization historian.

Marketing & Engagement Chair: Directs branding, digital presence, and social media campaigns, creating promotional materials to drive recruitment, member retention, and community engagement.

Career Development & Outreach Chair: Organizes professional HR-focused workshops, networking panels, and skill-building programs while chairing the Membership Engagement Committee to manage general recruitment, roster tracking, and member outreach.

Vice President: Supports the President in directing organizational operations and strategic planning, presiding over meetings in their absence. This role champions internal development and governance by managing officer onboarding, training, and transitions, supervising the election process to ensure transparency, and tracking board accountability and goal progression.
