Dr. Robert Gramillano is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Management at DePaul University and an expert in Emotional Intelligence and Executive Coaching. With a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and over 20 years of experience as a certified coach and consultant, Dr. Robert specializes in helping individuals transition from "human doings" to "human beings."
He has worked with a diverse range of corporate clients, including CareerBuilder and the Chicago Cook County Assessor’s Office, and is passionate about teaching students how to leverage emotional intelligence to become more effective, empathetic, and centered leaders in any field.
