I am a graduate of both DePaul's Bachelor's of Science in User Experience Design program and Master's of Science in Entrepreneurship program, and have certifications in project management and digital marketing & e-communications.



With a background in both business and design, I deliver solutions that lie at the intersection of business and customer needs, coupled with a keen eye for aesthetics, consistency, and usability. Whether it's a simple advertisement or a complete web/mobile redesign, I create products that amplify brands' identity and drive sales.

Ivonne Ramirez is a Senior UX Designer based in Chicago, IL, and is a key member of the Core UX Team at United Airlines, focusing on their customer-facing mobile app.



Before joining United Airlines, Ivonne was an Experience Designer at Publicis Sapient, where she contributed to the McDonald's account. As part of the Power of 1 organization within Publicis Groupe, she collaborated with a dynamic team of visual designers, art directors, copywriters, engineers, and project managers to deliver tailored solutions for McDonald's.



Prior to her role at Publicis Sapient, Ivonne gained valuable experience with the Apple Maps team as a Product Designer. During her 7-month career experience, she supported the team with bug notation and led a confidential solo project. This experience deepened her understanding of adapting design processes to different team environments and navigating the strategic planning of a major company like Apple.
