Ana’s practice focuses on removal defense and family-based immigration, including family-based petitions, waivers,adjustments of status, and naturalization. Her practice also includes asylum, U-visas, and VAWA self-petitions. Ana has practiced immigration law in the Chicago area since 2015. Prior to joining Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C., Ana was a supervising attorney with National Immigrant Justice Center’s Immigrant Legal Defense Project.
