About Us
NAHJ DePaul, the student chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, equips Latino students and students of color with the professional skills to build careers in journalism and media-related fields. We connect students exploring these fields with working professionals and industry leaders to build meaningful relationships that support their growth. We are committed to advancing fair and accurate representation of Latino communities in the media and fostering a deeper understanding of the cultural identities and experiences that shape our members' work. In doing so, we advance DePaul University's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the field of journalism.
