About Us
The mission of KGD is to educate college students and to assist them in their own personal ambitions in the field of health care; to encourage development of leadership, communication skills, and maturity; to provide support academically, socially, and emotionally; to promote individuality, unity, and diversity. Kappa Gamma Delta, a pre-health sorority at DePaul University, aligns with DePaul's Vincentian mission through its commitment to service, compassion, and social justice. Rooted in the values of St. Vincent de Paul, the sorority emphasizes helping others, particularly the marginalized and underserved communities. By promoting healthcare education and community outreach, Kappa Gamma Delta embodies the spirit of Vincentian personalism, fostering empathy and ethical responsibility among its members.
