Help is on the way! HPW and faculty member Amanda MacDonald are offering a series of 30-minute Anxiety-Buster sessions every Monday (4:30pm) and Wednesday (5pm), 10/26-11/18. Using tools from the Alexander Technique, Qigong, and meditation, Amanda will lead you through simple exercises to calm your anxiety, ease your racing thoughts, and leave you feeling centered and refreshed. Drop in for one or attend the whole series.
