Details

When life becomes hectic and stressful, sleep is often the first thing that gets disrupted. Sufficient quality sleep is important for your brain functioning, mental, physical, and emotional health. It is critical for improving our memory, boosting our immune system, improving our mood and overall well-being.

Enroll in the 7-week online email-based Refresh Sleep program to make adjustments to your sleep and improve your snooze. It begins September 8th and ends October 27th. Registration starts September 8th and ends September 24th, 2023.

To complete your registration, fill out this survey through this link: http://depaul.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_a4Tnp4K0GoSbkpM . Once you have completed the whole program, you receive a sleep feedback report and you will be entered into a raffle to receive an alarm clock. You will receive a welcome email once enrolled, if you do not receive one within a week, please email hpw@depaul.edu. If it is past the registration date, please email hpw@depaul.edu to be enrolled.
