About Us
It is the mission of the DSSC to serve as a space for students interested in CGI and VFX at DePaul University to exchange projects and methodologies, explore innovative software and techniques, and forge connections with peers and experts in the industry. Additionally, the DSSC seeks to facilitate student involvement, student engagement, and leadership development through workshops, community and networking events. We aim to create an inclusive safe space for students and faculty of diverse cultures and genders. Lastly, the DSSC is committed to advancing the skills and knowledge of the members across various CGI-VFX applications including Video Games, Computer Animation, Film, TV and Artificial Intelligence in tandem to ACM SIGGRAPH.
