It is the mission of the DePaul Biology Club (DeBIO) to serve students interested in the biological sciences, including but not limited to: Evolution, Ecology, Physiology, Cellular and Molecular, Microbiology, Immunobiology, Neuroscience, Health Sciences, and Environmental Sciences. We aim to be an inclusive and collaborative space that encourages students to engage in research experiences and gain an appreciation of the biological sciences.
Membership benefits include access to workshops, seminars, and meetings that engage students with tools for professional development. This also includes access to meetings revolving around entertainment or recreational engagement with biological sciences, such as movie nights, craft events, or competitions.
