"Michael E. Hora was a Senior Vice President and major shareholder of A.T. Kearney, a 5,000-person international management consulting firm, where he specialized in basic metals, consumer products manufacturing, and maintenance and engineering management.
Mr. Hora is active with nonprofit boards (having served on approximately 20) and is an expert on board operations, trustee management, board governance, and strategic planning. He currently serves as a trustee for five nonprofit organizations and was also a Regent at Regis University in Denver and Loyola University in Chicago. Additionally, he served on the board of Bremen Castings and Campbell & Company. Mr. Hora is a trained engineer having graduated from the University of Illinois’ College of Engineering and he holds an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago."
