About Us

To cultivate a safe space for Native American students to connect with one another as well as open up discussion among peers about Indigenous culture and identities. The Native American and Indigenous Student Association (NAISA) values inclusivity and our mission is to cultivate a space for all students within the DePaul community. This includes students of all Indigenous identities and non-Indigenous identities. We seek to cultivate a safe space for students to connect with one another as well as open discussion among peers about Indigenous culture and identities, while also raising awareness of social, political, and cultural issues relevant to Native Americans and Indigenous people.
