Mission
Our mission is to empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation, in every sector of the global economy. We work diligently to promote diversity and inclusion on campus and in the workplace. We seek to be the bridge between students and professionally, while preemptively educating students on common misconceptions about entering the workforce.

Membership Benefits
Members will benefit in a variety of ways:
1. Exclusive access to building valuable relationships with alumni and recruiters.
2. Meeting other ALPFA members within chapter and nationwide.
2. Attending office visits.
3. Participation in resume, Linkedin, financial literacy, and other workshops.
4. Exposure to valuable knowledge in career paths upon entering the workforce.
5. Preparing members to enter the workforce upon graduation by providing the necessary resources.
